Trouble Accessing to LemonCORE?

Please verify the following checklist to ensure a frictionless login process with LemonCORE.

  1. Provide HR with your current and active mobile phone number together with personal email address. https://forms.gle/SruoAvK6786GRVNJ8
  2. HR will send you the OTP Token email in your personal email address inbox.
  3. Register the secret key or scan the QR code in the OTP Token email with Google Authenticator (or your preferred authenticator app choice).

If you have already done the above, please return to the login page and enter your credentials. For new user, use the default password listed in the email. For existing user, please use your Windows password.

Don't forget to key in the OTP field with the six-digit verification code displayed in Google Authenticator (or your chosen authenticator app).

Troubleshooting TLDR

No OTP Token email received!

Fill up the Google Form above (or click here).

Incorrect error and I already double-checked!!!

Triple or one billion times check if you input the correct mobile number, password and OTP.

Invalid OTP Token!

Try either one or both steps:

If both are not working, contact HR to dispatch a new OTP Token email.

When requesting for new OTP Token email, ensure the existing entries are removed from Google Authenticator app before scanning the new QR code.

Tap and hold the entry > Tap the Trash Bin icon on the top right > Remove account

Helppp my account is locked!!!

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

I actually need to use my mobile number as username?

Yes, you need to use the mobile number that you register with HR as your username to login into LemonCORE. Do not confuse this with the LS ID for Windows login.

Umm I think I forgot my password...

Please use the Forgot Password page and follow the instructions to reset your LemonCORE password. Remember you can find your default password in the OTP Token email.

Can I use a different authenticator app besides Google Authenticator?

Yes, there is other authenticator apps that does the same thing as Google Authenticator. Currently we recommend Google Authenticator as it is well known and easy to use.

Explain like I'm Five for the OTP thingy! 🥺😭

OTP stands for One-Time Password hence it is for... one time usage...

This is a security measure to ensure the rightful owner of the account actually login into LemonCORE using the randomly generated six-digit code (OTP) that changes every 30 seconds.

As shown in the GIF below (credits: ShieldPlanet.com), we can see the various randomly generated OTP for different websites/services.

By default, the Remember me checkbox is checked at the login page so you don't need to key in the OTP again unless either you explicitly logout, LemonCORE expiry your session or you try to login from a new device/browser.

Help! I lost access to the authenticator app because (insert disastrous events here). What should I do next?

Please contact HR to dispatch new OTP Token email so you can register the new secret key or QR code on your new device.

Warning! Your existing authenticator app that you have lost access will no longer work after you have requested HR to dispatch the new OTP Token email for security reasons.

I haven't received my OTP Token email.
